Ani-Medford is a family-friendly, all-ages event celebrating anime, manga, tokusatsu, cosplay, and Japanese pop culture. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for everyone.

 

By attending Ani-Medford in any capacity, including but not limited to attendees, vendors, special guests, media, volunteers, third-party vendors, you agree to follow the policies below.

General Conduct

• Be respectful: use common sense, courtesy, and respect for personal space and property at all times.

• Harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Ani-Medford has a zero-tolerance policy — violators may be removed without refund.

• Always ask permission before touching or making contact with others.

• No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment against any individual or group.

• No political campaigning, messaging, or demonstrations inside the event.

Prohibited Items & Behavior

• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs inside the venue.

• No selling or distributing bootleg/unauthorized products.

• No display and/or sale of AI-generated products. This applies to everyone present at the show, including but not limited to creators, exhibitors, special guests, and fan groups.

• No public display of explicit or mature content.

• No real weapons are allowed. All cosplay props must be peace-bonded, safe, and free of sharp edges or dangerous materials.

• No pets are allowed, except for trained service animals.

• No littering or property damage.

Photography & Media

• By attending Ani-Medford, you consent to photography and video recording during the event.

• Ani-Medford and Colossus Girl Entertainment may use these images and videos for promotional purposes in print, online, and social media.

 

Tickets & Admission

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds.

• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person before the event.

• Tickets, badges, and wristbands cannot be copied, duplicated, or shared.

• Badges and wristbands must be worn at all times while inside the event.

• Guests, vendors, programming, and schedules are subject to change.

Families & Children

• Ani-Medford is family-friendly.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.

 

Enforcement

• Ani-Medford reserves the right to revoke badges or wristbands, without refund, from anyone who violates these rules.

• Violations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

• Ani-Medford and Colossus Girl Entertainment reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone for any reason.
